Giving Back
Through Delta Dental's two philanthropic programs—the Delta Dental Foundation and the Community Relations Program—we direct our charitable giving to make a real and lasting difference for the people in the communities we serve. We do this by providing grants to organizations and causes that support our goals of improving oral health and enhancing quality of life.
Since it was established in 1980 as the philanthropic arm of Delta Dental, the Delta Dental Foundation has provided grants totaling nearly $15 million.
Delta Dental's Community Relations Program provides support to local and state organizations that improve health, enrich lives, and promote education, arts and recreation, and community development.
Delta Dental is an enthusiastic supporter of improving children's health, and serves as an administrator of dental benefits for programs such as Healthy Kids Dental and MIChild. Delta Dental also provides funding for a number of programs designed to promote children’s oral health.
